Faith Life Calendar 2025-2026

Dear Faith Life Families,

We’re excited to welcome you to a new year of our Faith Life program — whether you’re returning or joining us for the first time, we’re so glad you’re here! This year brings some important updates we can’t wait to share with you — updates inspired by your feedback, your family life, and your desire to grow in faith.

💒 What is Faith Life all about?

Our program’s mission is to encourage families to live out their Catholic faith with intention — through participation in the Mass, family-centered formation, and a deeper understanding of the sacraments.

We know that raising a faith-filled family is not always easy, but you’re not alone. Our goal is to support and nourish both children and parents on the journey — helping the whole family grow together in Christ.

📅 What’s New This Year?

We heard you. We listened. And we’re making a change.

Families told us that weekends are full — and we agree that time together and attending Sunday Mass as a family should be a top priority. That’s why this year, our monthly Faith Life gatherings will take place on Monday evenings instead of weekends.

This simple shift allows your family to grow in faith without sacrificing precious weekend time together.

🕊️ A Note for Catholic School Families
If your child attends a Catholic school, they are only required to participate in the sacrament preparation retreats. However, they are always welcome and encouraged to join Faith Life gatherings for extra community and faith enrichment!

🙏 Sacrament Retreats

Retreats will remain on Saturday mornings — but don’t worry, they’re just once per year per sacrament. For example,

  • If your child is preparing for First Reconciliation, they will attend one Saturday morning retreat.
  • If your child is preparing for Confirmation and First Communion, they will attend two Saturday morning retreats.

These retreats are mandatory, as they offer essential formation for receiving the sacraments.

👨‍👩‍👧 Faith Formation for the Whole Family

Faith Life is more than a classroom experience. Children will gather by grade level, while parents come together for their own lesson — creating space for everyone to learn, reflect, and grow.

We believe in nourishing our parish families, not just teaching our kids. When parents grow in faith, so do their children — and that’s the heart of Faith Life.

✝️ Older Students & Sacrament Prep

Children in 5th grade and up who are preparing for sacraments will also meet monthly as part of the program. We are committed to walking with each child at every stage of their journey.
